The interest of consumers on the iPhone 4S is now even bigger than it was in the past, in the midst of the Christmas season that was held late last year 2011. They say the results of a recent survey by ChangeWave and summarized by Apple 2.0.
These results indicate that 56% of respondents planning to buy a smartphone in the next 90 days say they choose the Apple iPhone 4S. This is a significant change over the 54% who said they planned to buy in the same survey conducted in December.
Although Apple has gained ground in the last three months, its main rival in terms of smartphones, Korea's Samsung, is stable at 13% saying they will buy one of their terminals. For its part, Motorola dropped one point to only 6%.
Behind Motorola HTC is 3%, while the BlackBerry platform from Research in Motion has managed to grow one point to reach 3% in the March survey. Demand for the iPhone 4S in March was the second highest share drawn by ChangeWave. This user demand for the iPhone was only higher in the survey analysis conducted in the month of September, when the market was very busy because of the much-talked-terminal presentation by Apple.
A previous survey from ChangeWave released in December shows that users who bought the iPhone 4S initially were universally happy with your purchase, given that 96% said they were satisfied. This number even exceeded that of the satisfied users of the iPhone 4, which stood at 93%. As for the iPhone 4S, one can say that so far has been the most successful Apple smartphone to date. During the last three months of 2011 managed to sell 37 million iPhone units, being the 4S model the most popular of all.
